Reports to: Senior Director of Talent Acquisition
We are seeking a Principal Executive Recruiter to play a key role in driving full-cycle executive recruiting while acting as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and executives. This role will focus heavily on Corporate Executive Recruiting, supporting VP, SVP, and C‑Suite level searches across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and has experience managing complex, high‑visibility searches with discretion and urgency. Someone coming from a retained or contingency executive search agency background is highly preferred.
