Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to fuel AWS Data Center hiring. You will design sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and engage passive candidates to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You’ll collaborate with recruiters and AWS Talent Acquisition, leveraging market insights and advanced search techniques to identify top talent across multiple locations, while contributing to strategic hiring initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
• Experience with contact management system/ATS for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.

Responsibilities

• Partner to build effective sourcing strategies for Data Center roles and engage passive candidates.
• Proactively source passive candidates, assess fit, and build strong pipelines.
• Provide sourcing insights and market intelligence to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Develop sourcing models and robust search strategies using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other tools.
• Recommend ideas to improve pipeline health and implement new sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill roles.
• Document sourcing plans with deliverables, timelines and metrics.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and interest.
• Participate in special projects and sourcing initiatives.
