Qualifications

• 5+ years advising and influencing executive leadership
• 7+ years progressive recruiting in a high-tech market with focus on passive engineering candidates
• 7+ years recruiting in engineering, technical operations, and product management
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines
• Experience managing multiple searches, projects and client relationships

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle executive search for Director and VP roles across AWS Infrastructure Services
• Build long-term executive pipelines across AMER, EMEA, APAC
• Partner with senior hiring leaders to develop talent strategies and candidate profiles
• Lead succession planning for critical roles with market intelligence
• Develop sourcing strategies across direct outreach, referrals, events, and executive search methods
• Assess candidates on leadership, technical scope, org scale, and cultural fit with Amazon Leadership Principles
• Deliver talent briefs, search updates, and market insights to senior stakeholders
• Advise hiring managers on talent market dynamics and compensation landscape
• Coordinate with Recruiting Coordinators and Research Agents to optimize recruiting lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement of specialty recruiting processes and tools
• Represent Amazon with professionalism in executive-level interactions
