As a Recruiter, you collaborate with clients to improve organizational performance by delivering exceptional talent efficiently. Your effective solutions help advance both our clients’ missions and our own.

Overview

We solve business challenges with talent solutions. As a P&A recruiter, you partner with clients to define search scope and strategy for talent acquisition. You act as both a brand ambassador and strategic consultant, differentiating opportunities to attract top talent, vetting candidates to ensure fit, and managing multiple engagements with diverse stakeholders.

Business Development
  • Identify high potential clients and requisitions in the New England Market
  • Differentiate P&A services to top employers’ decision makers
  • Sell P&A executive search services and promote other business lines
  • Capitalize on organic growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with other firms for revenue sharing
  • Spot talent trends and develop strategies accordingly
  • Act as a brand ambassador
  • Build trust with clients and candidates
  • Translate client needs into solutions
  • Manage expectations and handle challenges
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Build and track relationships (COIs)
Requirements Gathering
  • Understand client business and develop position requirements
  • Define scope and deliverables
  • Assess organizational fit and job challenges
  • Build consensus on performance objectives
  • Set clear expectations for the search process
  • Identify top talent and differentiate opportunities
  • Assemble diverse candidate pools
  • Maintain talent pipelines and communicate with hiring managers
  • Engage candidates throughout the process
Vetting
  • Benchmark candidates against role requirements
  • Assess traits and soft skills for fit and values
  • Develop effective interview tactics
  • Identify performance gaps and background discrepancies
  • Prepare candidates and coordinate interviews
  • Present qualified, diverse shortlists
Closing
  • Collaborate on selection and formulate offers
  • Negotiate and close searches
  • Gather feedback and implement improvements
  • Manage talent lifecycle and leverage successes for new business
