Qualifications

• From the first touchpoint to final negotiation, you’ll build trust through clarity, preparation, and respect.

• Refine executive job postings to focus on outcomes, culture alignment, and organizational vision—not just requirements.
• Let data back up your instincts
• Track performance metrics like time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rates, and stakeholder feedback to continuously sharpen your approach.
• Partner directly with executive teams You’ll collaborate closely with founders, boards, and department heads to define success profiles and shape strategic searches.

• You’ve launched and closed 3–5 senior searches across marketing, product, and operations
• You’ve built trusted relationships with senior hiring stakeholders who now see you as a strategic advisor
• You’ve improved at least one piece of the process—whether that’s an interview loop or candidate outreach workflow

What You Bring

• You’ve worked with high-performing leaders, and you know how to identify the qualities that set them apart.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including leadership or executive roles
• Strong business intuition: You know how to assess both character and capability
• Candid, confident communication—especially in high-stakes conversations
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple executive searches with care
• Trusted by leadership, because you think ahead, speak up, and act with integrity
