• Candidate Engagement Conduct detailed candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment. Craft tailored communication that engages candidates and encourages their interest in the role. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.
• Client Collaboration Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational culture. Provide insights on market trends and propose recruitment strategies aligned with client needs. Collaborate on refining job descriptions and aligning hiring priorities for successful outcomes.
• Data-Driven Recruitment Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to improve processes and results.
