Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with hiring managers, CFOs, Controllers, HR leaders, and business executives.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market outreach.
• Recruit and place Accounting & Finance professionals in direct hire opportunities.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through placement.
• Conduct candidate interviews, qualification calls, and compensation discussions.
• Present qualified candidates and provide market intelligence to clients.
• Negotiate offers and guide both clients and candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of clients, candidates, and active searches.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
