As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage both client and candidate sides, executing the full life‑cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid‑to‑senior level professional direct hire job orders.

What you’ll be doing

The Executive Recruiter will execute the full life‑cycle of direct hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑to‑senior level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. You will focus on existing clients, identify new ones, interview candidates, and match them with their dream organizations and careers. A sense of urgency and high quality interactions are essential.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
