What We Expect from You

Who You Are

• Experienced & Proven: You bring at least 2 years of success in recruitment or sales, with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
• Curious & Coachable: You’re hungry to learn, open to feedback, and always looking for ways to elevate your craft and sharpen your edge.
• Adaptable & Agile: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment where creativity and problem-solving are key.

First-year earnings typically range from $70,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, location, and results. With strong variable earning potential, there’s no cap on what high performers can achieve.
