Job summary

Kittitas Interactive Management's (KIM) seeks a Vice President of Compliance & Quality to establish and manage the corporate QA system and to serve as the executive resource ensuring compliance across the agency.

This role leads a team focused on client safety and is a driver of the 2026 Standard of Excellence, championing consistency, integrity, and growth to sustain leadership in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of executive operations or compliance management experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to gain the trust and confidence of the executive and management team.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the corporate quality assurance system.
• Lead compliance strategies and promote client safety.
• Drive the agency's Standard of Excellence and operational integrity.
• Oversee Quality and Compliance teams at an executive level.
• Serve as primary liaison to State Auditors.
• Perform internal audits and monitor process improvements.
• Communicate organizational culture and values.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field

Master's Degree preferred
