Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of executive operations or compliance management experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Quality and Compliance teams at an executive level.
• Develop and submit an organization-wide compliance risk assessment and plan.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison to State Auditors.
• Organize ongoing quality assurance evaluations per guidelines.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve compliance issues identified after audits.
