Job summary

Kenco Logistics seeks a Vice President of Quality to lead enterprise quality programs, systems, and compliance across all units. You will drive the quality strategy, govern EQMS, and oversee audits, regulatory inspections, and corrective actions while ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in quality/regulatory compliance or related areas.
• Experience leading quality systems across multiple locations.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to drive cost-effective quality initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001, regulatory standards, GMP, FDA, CFR, and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise quality strategy aligned with business goals.
• Provide executive governance for EQMS and quality programs across units.
• Lead audits, regulatory inspections, CAPA programs, and management reviews.
• Build relationships with customers, regulators, and certification bodies.
• Lead and mentor the quality leadership team and drive continuous improvement.
