Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Vice President of Quality to provide enterprise-wide leadership of quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and quality excellence initiatives. The role drives the organization’s quality strategy, ensures alignment with customer requirements, and oversees audit and compliance programs across all units.

The VP leads the Quality pillar of the Kenco Operating System (KOS), builds strategic relationships with regulatory bodies, and mentors a high-performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Master's degree preferred for leadership roles.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in quality/regulatory compliance/operations excellence.
• Minimum 8 years in enterprise-level leadership across locations or units.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, FDA, DEA, CFR standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Govern the Quality pillar within the Kenco Operating System (KOS) and EQMS.
• Lead audits, regulatory inspections, CAPA programs, and management reviews.
• Build relationships with customers, regulators, and certification bodies.
• Mentor the quality leadership team and drive continuous improvement across operations.
