Job summary

Kittitas Interactive Management (KIM) seeks a Vice President of Compliance & Quality to establish and manage the corporate quality assurance system and lead compliance across the agency. This executive role drives the 2026 Standard of Excellence and aligns operations with safety, integrity, and growth across client services.

Reporting to the Administrator, this role supervises the Quality Director and Compliance Director, shaping policy and overseeing audits, training, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of executive operations or compliance management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Capability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the quality assurance system for the organization.
• Lead compliance efforts across the agency to meet standards.
• Drive 2026 Standard of Excellence: Consistency in Care, Integrity in Operations, Stability & Growth.
• Oversee Quality and Compliance teams at executive level and coordinate with State Auditors.
• Identify operational barriers and drive process improvements with staff input.
• Monitor changes to internal processes and establish performance metrics.
• Perform internal audits to strengthen compliance and consistency.
