Kenco Group is seeking a Vice President of Quality to lead enterprise quality strategy, governance, and continuous improvement across all business units. You will drive regulatory compliance, audit programs, and customer-focused quality initiatives while guiding the EQMS and staff across locations.

You will build strategic relationships, mentor leaders, and partner with executives to align quality with financial and operational goals in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in QA, Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in quality, regulatory compliance, operations excellence, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of enterprise-level leadership across multiple locations or units.
• Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, FDA, CFR, and related frameworks.
• Professional certifications such as CMQ/OE, CQA, ISO Lead Auditor preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the enterprise quality strategy to support objectives and customer expectations.
• Oversee EQMS, audits, regulatory inspections, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Lead the Quality pillar within the KOS and enterprise quality programs.
• Partner with leaders to integrate quality requirements into new initiatives and expansions.
• Mentor the quality leadership team and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
