Kittitas Interactive Management in Yakima, WA seeks a Vice President of Compliance & Quality to establish and manage the corporate quality assurance system and lead compliance efforts across the agency. This executive role drives the 2026 Standard of Excellence, championing consistency in care, integrity, and growth.

The VP will oversee Quality and Compliance teams, develop risk assessment plans, and coordinate with State Auditors while maintaining confidentiality and organizational values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of executive operations or compliance management.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to gain the trust and confidence of the executive and management team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Quality and Compliance teams at executive level.
• Develop organizational compliance risk assessment and self‑assessment plan.
• Interface with State Auditors to demonstrate alignment of administrative and programmatic arms.
• Organize ongoing quality assurance evaluations per guidelines.
• Identify and solve operational barriers with staff feedback.
• Monitor changes to internal processes and establish controls.
• Establish metrics for monitoring system effectiveness.
• Conduct internal audits to strengthen compliance.
• Maintain client information confidentiality.
• Communicate and reinforce culture and values.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
