Job summary

Synopsys is seeking an Executive Support Project Manager in the United States to drive strategic initiatives and ensure programs are planned, tracked, and delivered. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to define processes and priorities.

You will craft impactful executive presentations, manage risks, and coordinate with business units to focus on engagements that matter. A PMP is preferred; MS Project, Jira, and Asana experience is expected; BS/MS or equivalent

Qualifications

• BS/MS or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• 4+ years of experience; PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to plan and track projects and drive them to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to define processes and work models.
• Manage priorities and alignments across stakeholders.
• Create executive-level presentations with effective graphics.
• Track and report on project progress, issues, risks, and actions.
• Implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prioritize engagements that matter with business units.
• Provide administrative support to Senior Vice President and team.
