Job summary

SlingShot Connections is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to delivery in a fast-paced tech environment. You will drive multi-team collaboration across engineering, product, operations, and external vendors to meet milestones and business objectives.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with ~5 years in project management within technology or manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Approx. 5 years of project management experience in technology, engineering, semiconductor, manufacturing, or related industry
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and leadership

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects across multiple workstreams
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk registers
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, operations, marketing, and external vendors
• Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and track progress through completion
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues while developing mitigation plans
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation to align with business priorities
• Prepare and communicate project status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Drive accountability for project deliverables and ensure commitments are completed
• Support change management initiatives throughout the project lifecycle
• Continuously improve project management processes, documentation, and reporting

Education
