Job summary

Syntech is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of engineering initiatives across software, hardware, infrastructure, and product development teams.

The role serves as a key facilitator between Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, with visibility and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in technology, engineering, software, or product development project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong prioritization and delivery.
• Solid understanding of software development and engineering delivery processes.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Experience creating dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects through all phases from planning to deployment and review.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate activities across software, embedded systems, QA, infrastructure, and operations.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings with clear goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Monitor progress and drive projects to successful completion.
• Communicate status, risks, and delivery updates to stakeholders.
• Support governance with dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
