Job summary

Wipro is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the United States to lead cross-functional teams and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving across initiation to closure.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of PM experience, proficiency with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies, and hands-on use of MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience (adjust based on level).
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across various levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Operations, Quality, and external stakeholders.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project KPIs and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in PM processes and methodologies.
