PIE mapping is seeking a Project Coordinator to support global executive roundtables for C‑level audiences. You will source and engage prospective members, schedule outreach, and coordinate logistics for virtual and live events, ensuring accurate data across Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and adapt to shifting priorities while contributing to client success and internal initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide project-centric support across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Research and source executive contact information.
• Build and maintain PIE communities by recruiting executives via outreach.
• Schedule appointments with C‑suite executives worldwide.
• Manage logistics for virtual roundtables, training programs, and events.
• Maintain a detailed client database using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
