PIE mapping is seeking a Project Coordinator to support global executive roundtables for C‑level audiences. You will source and engage prospective members, schedule outreach, and coordinate logistics for virtual and live events, ensuring accurate data across Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and adapt to shifting priorities while contributing to client success and internal initiatives.
PIE is committed to creating an equitable, inclusive, diverse and sustainable work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, marital status, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, political affiliation, or veteran status.
We believe that corporations’ bad behavior disproportionately hurts the most marginalized people in society — including people of color, women, and LGBTQ+ people. We believe efforts to make our company more diverse, equitable, and inclusive are central to the success of our business. We strongly encourage applications from people with these identities or who are members of other marginalized communities.
Project Coordinators (PC) provide administrative support for PIE projects and are critical to member engagement and client success, ensuring information is accurate and deadlines are met. A PC is a can‑do partner with a keen eye for detail and hunger for data accuracy. They provide logistical and scheduling support to project teams.
This role is primarily focused on building and maintaining PIE’s executive roundtable communities for C‑level executives on a global scale. While most of the PC’s work supports the delivery of peer communities, the role may also include assignments across PIE’s other client service offerings, such as business development training programs or client advisory boards.
In addition, Project Coordinators are responsible for driving membership growth by directly sourcing and reaching out to prospective executive community members, developing tailored outreach strategies, and crafting communications that successfully convert target executives into engaged participants.
This role is adaptive, requiring the ability to pivot between priorities and/or changing business needs. As you grow in the role, the expectation is that you engage with client stakeholders as part of the team‑based management style adopted at PIE. Project Coordinators may engage with CFOs, COOs, and CMOs, among other functions from companies such as Coca‑Cola, Amazon, John Deere, Pfizer, Oracle, and Goldman Sachs daily. PIE works on behalf of the world’s most renowned professional service firms including Accenture, Boston Consulting Group, IBM, and KPMG.
We are looking for motivated individuals who embrace responsibility, have a keen eye for detail, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and perform well under pressure. To succeed in this role, individuals must be efficient, highly organized, proactive, and adaptable. Project Coordinators are eager to learn and improve organizational efficiency, enjoy working autonomously, and are not afraid to pick up the phone and call an executive office anywhere in the world.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate professionally with senior executives and internal teams. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities across several projects. Successful candidates will have a collaborative spirit, a solution‑oriented mindset, and a willingness to contribute to client and internal initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Salesforce are preferred. PIE operates on Microsoft 365 platforms. If you meet at least 75% of the qualifications, we strongly encourage you to apply, let’s talk!
