Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of ten years of specialized experience related to executive support, communications, project management, strategic planning, or publications.
• Experience collaborating with multiple agencies and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, concise, publication-ready written materials for senior leaders.
• Coordinate across agencies to align messaging with DOJ/USMS priorities.
• Draft speeches, talking points, memos, briefing materials, and leadership communications.
• Support annual reports, official publications, and leadership documents.
• Plan and support executive-level conferences, trainings, and recognition events.
• Ensure materials meet high standards of accuracy, tone, and compliance.
