Job summary

JumpCloud is seeking a Corporate Program Manager, Founder Initiatives, to partner with the CEO and executive team in steering key company-wide initiatives. You will own program governance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to drive alignment and measurable outcomes.

This remote-first role involves coordinating with board members and senior leaders to maintain momentum and clarity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Executive communication at board or C-suite level.
• Experience coordinating cross-department initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to drive operational alignment and follow-through across teams.
• Strong risk, scope management and contingency planning skills.
• Proactive problem-solving in fast-moving SaaS environments.
• Effective presentation creation and delivery at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Align and guide key initiatives with the CEO, Co-founders and executive team.
• Represent the CEO in communications and actions with stakeholders.
• Lead program reporting, cadence and KPI insights across the organization.
• Coordinate monthly Ops Review, set agendas and track follow-ups.
• Schedule and manage CEO customer/partner calls with actionable outcomes.
• Support CEO outreach to employees via forums and 1:1s.
• Prepare materials for Board meetings and ensure timely delivery.
