Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Product Manager for Core Employee Data and Documents to own the end-to-end lifecycle from strategy to delivery. You will partner with engineering, operations, compliance, and business leaders to deliver high-quality outcomes across global employee workflows.

You will coach and develop a product team, drive simplification and automation, ensure data quality and security, define success metrics, and present updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a relevant domain.
• Proven ability to coach and develop talent and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product vision aligned to goals and compliance needs.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle: discovery, requirements, prioritization, launch, and improvement.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog balancing value, UX, risk, reliability, and timelines.
• Engage stakeholders to translate needs into scalable features on the roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and compliance to deliver outcomes globally.
• Drive automation to reduce manual effort and expand self-service capabilities.
• Ensure data quality, security, and data ownership across systems.
• Define success metrics and provide analytics to guide decisions.
• Deliver updates and roadmaps to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams in a complex, agile environment and coach the team.
