Visa is seeking a seasoned production leader to own keynote and mainstage production across the North America client experience portfolio, from Visa Payments Forum to councils and sponsorship sessions. The Senior Director will shape creative vision, manage a two-person team, and drive work from concept to live execution with internal partners and executives.

Reporting to the Head of North America Events, this role demands hands-on leadership, executive coaching, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 10+ years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 5+ years with a PhD.

Responsabilités

• Own the keynote and mainstage production portfolio across North America client experiences, setting a clear vision and scalable approach for flagship, mid-size, and smaller high-impact programs.
• Serve as Executive Producer for Visa Payments Forum and lead creative and production across client councils, sponsorship sessions, forums and experiences.
• Lead production from concept through show close including executive prep, content development, rehearsals, and live execution.
