Job summary

Visa is seeking a seasoned production leader to oversee keynote and mainstage production across North America client experiences, from the Visa Payments Forum to councils and forums. The Senior Director will partner with Communications and senior leaders to translate Visa's narratives into bold live experiences and drive end-to-end execution.

The role reports to the Head of North America Events, builds production standards, and leads a two-person team while coordinating with agencies, vendors,

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years with an Advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD.

Responsibilities

• Lead production from concept through show close across North America client experiences.
• Build and lead a scalable production capability for North America Events.
• Direct multimillion-dollar budgets and manage vendor relationships.
• Partner with Communications, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
