Job summary

Visa is seeking a seasoned production leader to head keynote and mainstage experiences for North America events. You will translate strategic narratives into bold live experiences, partnering with Communications and senior leaders.

The role is hands-on and portfolio-wide, reporting to the Head of North America Events. You will build production capability, lead a small team, and manage cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact programs.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in keynote and mainstage production for large conferences.
• Proven ability to lead executive-level production teams and manage budgets.
• Strong storytelling, show direction, and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

• Own the keynote and mainstage production portfolio across North America client experiences.
• Executive Producer for Visa Payments Forum and leadership across forums and sessions.
• Lead and mentor production teams, manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships.
• Drive risk management and ensure quality, accessibility, safety, and brand integrity.
