Job description

A fast-growing and dynamic start-up is seeking a driven and self-motivated Executive and Personal Assistant to join their energetic and collaborative team in San Francisco. In this role, you will support two Founders and collaborate closely with their team. If you are a high energy, driven, and dedicated team player, this is an excellent opportunity to support high energy executives within a close-knit team.

The role is temp to hire and hybrid with the ability to be onsite as needed at both the office and Executive’s homes in San Francisco. Ability to travel on occasion for the role.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate global and domestic travel arrangements for business needs, all social engagement, vacations, and business and personal events.
  • Manage heavy internal and external communications across the team and home staff.
  • Plan and organize complex meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing a busy calendar.
  • Assist with household upkeep, errands, and mail/package management.
  • Support event planning and execution for both personal and professional occasions.
  • Manage personal and business expenses and budgeting.
  • Partner with the EA/PA team to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Proactive, positive, and adaptable attitude.
  • Prior experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant in a fast-paced environment, preferring start-up experience.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace and other productivity platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and willing to step into overtime or travel as needed.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000

We will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
