We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal & Executive Assistant to support our Founder & CEO, Farryn Weiner, and contribute meaningfully across the Farrynheight agency. This hybrid role spans executive support, internal operations, and coordination of day-to-day priorities—both professional and personal—with a strong emphasis on logistics, communication, and time management.

You’ll serve as a trusted partner in keeping the CEO’s calendar, workflow, and key initiatives running smoothly, while working closely with the Managing Director and Director of Operations to support broader agency alignment. From managing schedules and prepping meetings to coordinating social content and streamlining daily operations, this role requires someone who can move quickly, think ahead, and bring clarity to chaos.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who values precision, thrives in a fast-moving environment, is curious about creative and enjoys being a steady, solution-oriented presence at the center of it all.

  • Support ongoing agency-wide priorities in collaboration with the leadership team
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of content across social media channels
  • Maintain and organize digital content and media assets
Personal Coordination
  • Organize and streamline day-to-day logistics that support the CEO’s personal and professional life
  • Assist with planning and scheduling for appointments, travel, and key engagements
  • Help maintain alignment across all responsibilities—ensuring time, energy, and attention are focused where they’re most needed
Agency Integration
  • Assist with company-wide initiatives, internal comms, and cross-functional coordination
  • Support Farrynheight events, workshops, key company moments or team activations as needed
  • Track key priorities, timelines, and follow-ups across leadership projects

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and basic social tools
  • Resourceful, calm under pressure, and excellent at anticipating needs
  • Available to work in Miami and travel occasionally for in-person needs
What You Can Expect
