Game Changing Fuel seeks an Executive Performance Chef to own market fulfillment and order execution. This freelance/hybrid role lets you work when orders come in, with potential to evolve into full-time leadership as the market grows.

You’ll cater at stadiums, prepare meals to dietitian plans, and ensure food safety and quality. Access to a licensed kitchen or partner facility is available, with flexible evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Professional culinary experience (catering, high-volume production, hospitality, or sports/performance nutrition).
• Ability to execute at a high level under tight timelines and in varied environments.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, allergen management, and dietary restrictions.
• Comfort cooking to macro-based or dietitian-directed plans.
• Access to a licensed commercial kitchen, or ability to use GCF’s kitchen partner in your market.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and game days.
• Professional, dependable, and entrepreneurial, with a “run your own market” mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and fulfill all orders in your market from start to finish
• Cater live at stadiums and team facilities, including pre- and post-game meals
• Prepare and deliver chilled meals to airports for our airline partners
• Prep individual athlete meals from our kitchen to meet dietitian-specified nutrition plans
• Maintain consistent quality, food safety, and presentation on every order
• Coordinate with GCF’s operations team and team dietitians on menus, dietary needs, and timing
• Help us grow the market and, over time, recruit and train chefs to support you
