The Executive Chef will lead menu development, train staff, manage inventory and cost controls, and uphold sanitation and safety standards across the operation.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on culinary leadership in high-volume kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation and HACCP principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Plan regular and modified menus following guidelines.
• Train kitchen staff in food preparation, safety, and equipment usage.
• Maintain cleaning, maintenance schedules and inventory within guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and audits.
• Participate in departmental meetings and staff development.
