Exos is seeking a Performance Cook to join a team delivering health-focused culinary solutions. You will maintain kitchen equipment, prep creative, nutritious items, and follow EXOS nutrition principles in a fast-paced, open-kitchen environment.

The role requires reading and following recipes, strong safety practices, and the ability to work catering events, nights, and weekends when requested. Collaboration with Executive and Sous Chefs is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years restaurant experience as a prep and/or line cook.
• Understanding of professional cooking, knife handling skills, and various cuisines.
• Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Must be able to read, understand, and follow basic cooking directions.
• Must be able to work some catering events, nights, and weekends during high season.

Aufgaben

• Maintain equipment (refrigerators, stoves, ice machines, dishwasher, etc.) and keep station clean and sanitized.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and established procedures.
• Prepare creative, health-oriented menu items daily per EXOS nutrition principles.
• Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely, sanitary food prep and plating.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
