The Group Leader will build membership, manage relationships, and coordinate connections among members, while collaborating with the Member Services Associate to enhance the member experience.

Responsibilities

• Build creative, year-round programs (summits, regional dinners, small group discussions, conference calls, etc.) around members’ needs and challenges.
• Develop agendas, guests, and themes to create fresh, must-attend business summits.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual member gatherings, guiding discussions and inviting diverse viewpoints.
• Serve as business editor for the group, summarizing key findings from conversations.
• Drive membership health and growth by retaining members, adding new members, and creating additional revenue-generating services.
