dnata Catering, a leading airline catering provider, seeks an Executive Pastry Chef to lead all pastry and bakery operations, developing innovative dessert and bakery concepts for airline clients. You will oversee quality, cost controls, and team performance while ensuring adherence to food safety standards in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

You will mentor staff, manage production, and collaborate with culinary and F&B teams to deliver exceptional desserts and breads.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or pastry certification preferred.
• 5–10+ years of pastry experience with leadership experience.
• Experience in high-volume hospitality or airline catering is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop innovative pastry, dessert, bakery, and seasonal offerings for airline clients.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards across all pastry products.
• Lead menu planning and present pastry offerings.
• Oversee daily pastry kitchen operations and production schedules.
• Control food costs, waste, and labor to meet budget targets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor pastry staff and manage schedules.
• Ensure food safety compliance and maintain production area cleanliness and organization.
