You will develop innovative menus, manage costs and labor, supervise chefs and staff, ensure food safety and compliance, and collaborate with R&D and purchasing to sustain quality and profitability.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; extensive leadership in high-volume kitchens.
• Experience in restaurant or airline catering environments.
• Multilingual is a plus.

• Develop SOPs for kitchen operations.
