Responsibilities include leading executive relationships, originating deals, and guiding programs from inception through delivery to ensure measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in consulting or Financial Services leadership roles.
• Proven success managing large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience originating and closing complex deals (>$10M annually).
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Executive relationship management and strategic planning skills.
• Financial analysis and risk management capabilities.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth opportunity focus.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Track record of building long-term client relationships.
