Publicis Sapient is seeking a Technical Client Partner to lead strategic relationships in healthcare and pharma. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and transformation execution, serving as a trusted advisor, a systems thinker, and an hands-on architect shaping the future of complex enterprises.

You will help organizations become data-driven, AI-enabled, and agentic by advising senior client stakeholders in sell-to engagements, shaping transformation roadmaps,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise or solution architecture within consulting, digital transformation, or systems integration.
• Strong client-facing advisory experience with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of modern architecture principles including cloud-native architectures, platform ecosystems, and APIs.
• Experience with Data & AI architectures, including Generative AI and data governance.
• Solid software engineering lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge and modern delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Advising senior client stakeholders in a sell-to engagement model and shaping transformation roadmaps.
• Designing architectures that translate ambition into scalable, compliant solutions.
• Engaging with CIOs, CDOs, and CTOs and communicating industry perspectives.
• Lead strategic technical client relationships in pharma sector.
