Job summary

Tinuiti is seeking an experienced VP, Client Partner, Enterprise Commerce to own executive client relationships, growth strategy, and cross-functional leadership for flagship enterprise accounts. You will guide JBP discussions with retail media networks and sponsor senior relationships across a complex client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in executive client leadership (digital/performance).
• 8+ years leading multi-layered teams (Group Directors/Directors/managers).
• Executive relationship leadership and change management; navigating complex environments.
• Cross-channel literacy (Commerce/Retail Media, Search, Social, TV & Audio) and strong measurement acumen.
• Product and measurement fluency: translate insights into executive decisions.
• Financial fluency: read/interpret margin, utilization, and forecasts.
• BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred; public speaking/thought leadership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own executive client relationships, business outcomes, and growth strategy for flagship enterprise accounts.
• Lead JBP conversations with clients and retail media networks; sponsor C-suite relationships.
• Set strategic and commercial standards for integrated planning across the client scope.
• Lead high-stakes events: strategies, renewals, turnarounds, and major investments.
• Ensure client health, delivery quality, and leadership effectiveness; intervene when needed.
• Build durable partnerships with Product, Analytics, Finance, Innovation & Growth, and Operations.
