You will guide executive-sponsored initiatives and align investment strategy with client outcomes across commerce channels and networks.

You will partner with Product, Analytics, and Finance to shape roadmap, drive accountability, and champion data‑driven decision making. A senior, growth‑minded leader is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 12–15+ years in executive client leadership (digital/performance).
• 8+ years leading multi-layered teams (Group Directors/Directors/managers).
• Executive relationship leadership with change management; complex environments.

• Set growth agenda, operating standards, and priorities for flagship enterprise accounts.
• Sponsor C-suite relationships and lead executive sponsorship for priority moments.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Finance, and Operations to align on investments and governance.
• Drive cross-channel expertise across Commerce, Retail Media, Search, Social, and CRM.
• Lead high-stakes client decisions and investment conversations with a clear point of view.
