Job summary

Tinuiti is seeking an accomplished VP, Client Partner, Enterprise Commerce to own executive client relationships, growth strategy, and multi-year investment plans for flagship accounts. You will guide cross-functional teams across Commerce, Search, Social, and Retail Media, leading JBP discussions with clients and networks, and championing a product‑ and measurement‑led decision framework.

• 12–15+ years in executive client leadership (digital/performance), driving multi‑million-dollar growth.
• 8+ years leading multi-layered teams (Directors/Managers) in complex environments.
• BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Architect growth strategy for flagship enterprise accounts and align senior executives on ambition and investment.
• Sponsor C-suite relationships and ensure Tinuiti is seen as a trusted growth partner.
• Lead strategic planning across client scope with investment logic, scenario thinking, and forecast rigor.
• Drive high-stakes events and major cross-sell opportunities with clear decision paths.
• Ensure client health, delivery quality, and leadership effectiveness through disciplined governance.
