Job summary

Deepgram is seeking an Executive Business Partner (EBP) to work closely with the SVP of Customer Success and increase operating effectiveness across the CS organization.

This role combines executive support with business acumen, analytics, and program management to turn data into strategic narratives and actions. You will help manage calendars, forecasts, and cross-functional priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a senior executive and operating with business judgment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
• Proven project management, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to prepare executive communications and board-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of Customer Success to manage calendars and priorities.
• Develop forecasting inputs and translate data into concise executive updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and track decisions and follow-ups.
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings, reviews, and strategic planning.
