Fluke Health Solutions in Everett, WA is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead the four pillars of our Everett Operations. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while minimizing costs through Lean practices and Fortive Business System (FBS) adoption.

You will shape planning, scheduling, and material management, coordinate NPI and product transitions, and manage capital budgets with variance analysis.

Qualifications

• 10+ yrs of progressive operations and cross functional management.
• Cross functional business management experience in manufacturing engineering, Service & production operations, continuous improvement, and other support functions.
• Proven track record in controlling costs to budget.
• Proven track record delivering predictive results for customers.
• Lean Manufacturing demonstrated knowledge and results.
• Proficient in digital literacy (Microsoft Office products) including Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Experience leading a service organization and developing engineering talent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Everett Operations pillars: Production, Service & Calibration, DFx, and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency with Lean practices.
• Guide planning, scheduling, and material management for receipts and shipments.
• Oversee NPI and product transitions from engineering to manufacturing with metrics leadership.
• Lead budgeting, variance reporting, absorption accounting, forecasting, and corrective actions.
