Job summary

Fluke in Everett, WA, seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and improve processes, equipment, and production systems that transform raw materials into finished products.

You will collaborate with product development and operations, perform data analysis, root cause investigations, and implement solutions that raise productivity, quality, and process capability in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field; ABET accredited university preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering.
• Experience with pressure systems, controls, and hardware.
• Able to analyze large datasets and perform root cause analysis.
• Present information to leadership and collaborate with engineers and operators.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, tools, and production systems to convert raw materials into finished products.
• Collaborate with product development and operations to ensure manufacturability, safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze manufacturing performance, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and process capability.
• Conduct feasibility studies, Gage R&R, time studies, and tests of new designs.
• Provide information for drafting and documentation.
• Support manufacturing personnel and production equipment.
• Analyze test data and collaborate with technical resources on problem solving.
