Fluke Health Solutions seeks a seasoned operations leader to drive results across product lines and departments. You will act as a change agent for Daily Management, Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Inventory while optimizing cost and inventory control. You’ll own planning, budgeting, and KPI reporting to senior leadership and mentor frontline teams.

The role requires 7–8 years of cross-functional management, Lean expertise, and strong communication. Travel up to 15–20% is expected within the U.S.

Competenze

Minimum 7–8 years of progressive operations and cross-functional management experience.
Bachelor of Science Degree, preferably in engineering or a technical field.
Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement with tangible results.

Mansioni

Lead end-to-end operating results across multiple product lines and departments.
Own preparation and maintenance of production reports and KPIs for senior leadership.
Drive Lean culture and Fortive Business System as a change agent.
Manage budgeting (capital, fixed, variable) with variance reporting and forecasting.
Coordinate with HR on talent development and succession planning.
Supervise ~20 hourly employees and ensure alignment with improvement projects.
