Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating production supply plans based on demand and capacity.
• Ability to resolve inventory and scheduling issues.
• Experience with ERP demand planning and Lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with factory teams to ensure continuous supply of products, meeting quality and delivery standards.
• Resolve vendor line-stopping issues.
• Implement consignment, Kanban, just-in-time, postponement, and other materials strategies to reduce inventory while maintaining availability.
• Develop action plans with schedulers and factory teams for inventory control.
• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing for low-cost regional sourcing and supplier management.
• Support continuous improvement with FBS tools.
• Work with New Product Introduction to launch new products into production.
• Coordinate and supervise the integration of new production cells across locations.
• Establish and maintain standard work and training in the materials team.
