Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a highly organized, strategic Senior Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Operations and DTNV operating units. You will coordinate strategic initiatives across the US and Mexico manufacturing networks, manage complex calendars, prepare executive briefs, and support Go2030 and Employee Resource Groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong management, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement comprehensive operations strategy in collaboration with OSV communications and senior leadership.
• Provide analysis and support to resolve operational issues.
• Interface with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supplier management to align performance goals.
• Promote continuous improvement culture across DTNA operations functions.
• Coordinate across US and Mexico manufacturing network to ensure effective communication.
