Job summary

Precise Systems seeks a Junior Program Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer in an in-office role. Responsibilities include business support, scheduling, and preparing briefing materials for executives. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

The position emphasizes in-person duties such as greeting visitors, handling mail, and coordinating training and travel arrangements while maintaining calendar integrity and presentation materials.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or two years of additional work experience may substitute for the degree.
• 0–3 years of related duties as listed in the responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Office staff with business and programmatic support and organizational tasking.
• Manage front end activities, answer phone, daily paperwork, greet customers, replace toner and stock supplies.
• Collect mail and route Fed Ex/UPS packages to the addressed individual.
• Procure office supplies ensuring basic supplies are always available.
• Maintain leadership calendars and scheduling for meetings and executives.
• Manage two conference room calendars and coordinate with other rooms for availability.
• Format correspondence and route for review and signature.
• Update charts for the customer’s view.
• Check in/out visitors and verify policies; provide tours as needed.
• Coordinate training requirements and complete required courses.
• Set up Audio and VTC bridges and process Visitors in BASICS.
