Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience providing executive-level support.
• Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and executive briefing documents for executive and Board-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary strategic and administrative partner to the CEO.
• Manage and optimize the CEO’s priorities, calendar, scheduling, and prioritization.
• Draft and manage executive communications, correspondence, and presentations for the CEO.
• Coordinate materials, agendas, and governance documentation for Board activities.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, HR, IT, and Operations.
• Track action items, deliverables, and deadlines from meetings to ensure follow-through.
• Coordinate executive travel and logistics for seamless execution.
