Job summary

Hasbro’s Sixth Wall AI Studio is seeking an Executive Operations Partner, a trusted right hand to the President and Co-Founder/Chief Creative Officer. This program offers accelerated exposure to AI strategy, finance, and corporate operations, designed for a high-potential recent graduate.

You will support executives, manage calendars, travel, and materials while gaining visibility into AI-driven enterprise initiatives. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and onsite in West Hollywood.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–3 years of experience preferred, including internships or early-career roles.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Interest in AI and emerging technology, with curiosity about business operations.
• Experience or interest in working with creative talent in Hollywood.
• This role requires onsite work 3 days per week at our studio in West Hollywood, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications for the President and AI Studio.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings with clear follow-ups.
• Serve as a liaison between the President, reports, and internal stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional collaboration by facilitating communication and scheduling.
• Attend select leadership meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions.
• Handle studio recording logistics and care of voice talent.
